Sosheel Abdul OFM Cap, through the laying on of hands and the invocation of the Holy Spirit by His Grace Archbishop Benny Mario Travas, Apostolic Administrator of the Archdiocese of Lahore, at Sacred Heart Cathedral, Lahore.
